If you want to achieve perpetual motion you must get energy to flow in a circle without a decrease. So the energy must be boosted in some way. In simple physics the only way I see to boost power is through the use of levers. Which means if you want to move a large amount of weight you use some form of a lever. Levers come in lots of forms form mechanical to electrical. One form of an electrical lever is a buck booster. Levers does not actually boost energy. They focus it at/in the needed point or form. In my invention the energy is being collected from the atmosphere. There are electrical charges in the atmosphere that when they are concentrated they become a usable source of power. This is done by the use of a generator head. As long as the generator has the right torque and RPM's, it will collect and concentrate electrical charges from the atmosphere. Generator heads are not producers of electrical energy they are collector. Ben Franklin said that his small static electric generator was a collector of electrical charges. From this point energy in my invention is simply changed from one form to another to accomplish the desired effect. The goal is to use different types of levers at the right point and time to create an artificial boost in energy. This is done by placing buck booster(a type of transformer) on the electrical side of the circle and gear or pulleys on the mechanical side of the circle. These are the two artificial boosts that are required. I built a 12v test model and it ran for two hours. It not only ran but also powered a fan, a radio, and a 40w light simultaneously. It stopped when braces vibrated loose and the belt came off. It was built in my garage in San Antonio, Tx. I have since moved to my home town of Chester, Tx.
